At Colourfast we are committed to making sure modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or supply chains. Modern slavery is a crime and a serious violation of human rights, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to this ensuring we act with integrity, ethically and transparently in all of our business dealings.

We are committed to the management of risks and ensuring our supply chain is transparent, resilient and free from modern slavery and corruption. Colourfast requires our employees and suppliers to commit to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices, benefits, health and safety, modern slavery and anti-discrimination.

• Promote a safe environment and a workplace free of discrimination, harassment or bullying.

• Avoid the use of child or forced labour in any form.

• Pay fair wages and conditions in line with legislation including adequate rest periods and leave.

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.

• Oppose modern slavery in all forms.
